Open Pole is a guided, open-format class focused on helping you grow at your own pace. You’ll work on technique, conditioning, and learn tricks tailored to your individual level, whether you’re refining the basics or building towards more advanced skills.
This is a supportive, semi-structured class designed to give you space to progress with the help of an instructor, while still allowing flexibility to focus on what you need most.
