This is a class for kids from 6 – 16. A class for young ones wanting to build skills on Silks.
As you learn the fundamentals of working with the silks, you will build on aerial strength, flexibility & conditioning as you work your way through our syllabus in technique for basic climbs, skills & tricks.
During this class you will build your strength & confidence as you are building your Silks skill repertoire.
All levels welcome.
What to wear – Wear t-shirt, singlet, crop top and leggings that cover the back of your knees as you will use this area for grip and you don’t want the skin to get sore. Remove any jewellery before joining the class.
