
High Intermediate
At this level you will be attempting tricks up and down the pole as you have built your strength, focusing on technique and how to safely transition between moves, you will be testing your strength and stamina in this class.
You must have completed the Intermediate syllabus correctly and performed the criteria confidently to safely participate in this level.
Criteria: Handstand drills, invert; froggy and straddle, ankle lock, viva, baby butterfly
