You will learn the fundamentals of pole & tricks as you work your way through our syllabus, designed to focus on technique & building core strength. The tricks & skills learnt each week will be put together each lesson to form pole combinations to further build your stamina.
You will learn a choreographed routine consisting of these pole combinations , connected with flowing dance transitions which can be performed in our Showcase Terms.
Please note Terms 1, 3 & 5 are non showcase terms.
Terms 2, 4 & 6 are Student Performance Showcase terms
All levels welcome.
What to wear – Comfort is key. A t-shirt, singlet or crop and shorts or booty shorts that leave the back of your knees free as you will need this area to grip onto the pole is perfect. Shoes optional.
