Advanced

This class is not for the faint hearted, it will require a high level of strength, stamina and confidence.

This is where you will learn the most complex combinations that will challenge and push you with heavy focus on technique and safety taught by our experienced advance teacher Jen.

It is only for students that have completed two full terms of Prep Advanced. If you are unsure please ask an instructor before signing up for this level.

Criteria: Advanced static v, shoulder mount to ankle hook and leg hook, brass monkey from shoulder mount.
