In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of working with straps while developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It’s an excellent way to build foundational power and control, it’s perfect for complementing any aerial or pole training.
What to wear: Wear a t-shirt, singlet, or crop top with leggings. Choose snug, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely but isn’t too loose. Please remove all jewellery before class for safety.
