Mercury
Creator, producer, Host, Showgirl, and professional condiment smearer, Mercury has a reputation for embracing the creative and unexpected side of pole performances. They are known for bringing concepts to the stage and their character work, blending humor, gender-play and a wide-range of themes into shows.
As a problem-solver Mercury enjoys an analytical approach to tricks – looking at the mechanics of pole, the components that makes a trick work and deconstructing these to see the physics of what is happening. The greatest joy is in helping students achieve those tricks in a way that works for them and their bodies in the safest way. They are fully certified Personal trainer, and love working on gaining those long-term goals.
Mercury has performed and competed in various competitions across Australia, with a few sashes under their belt. Recently they have turned to shows that allow them to represent more artistic movement and creative freedom, such as Furball, Rule 34 Club, Heartstoppers, Glory Box and their own show Grey Area.
Alongside pole and dance, Mercury also trains Handbalancing, Contortion, Lyra, Barre, and Fire Spinning
