Curious about pole but not quite ready to dive into a full beginners course? Intro to Pole is the perfect place to start.
This class is designed to gently introduce you to the basics of pole dance in a supportive, pressure-free environment. We’ll cover fundamental techniques and simple moves, helping you build confidence, body awareness, and a solid foundation, all at your own pace. No routine involved.
Think of it as the “pre-school” of pole, it’s ideal for anyone feeling a bit nervous about jumping into a leveled class. This class availability changes throughout the terms.We offer this class as a one-off session or a 4-week mini term & also a full term, so please reach out to find out when the next class is running. All levels welcome, no experience needed.
What to wear: Wear a comfortable top and bottoms that leave the backs of your knees exposed—this area is essential for grip. Shoes are not required, but you’re welcome to wear them if preferred.
