Bend with Beth
Flexibility is a science, with correct training absolutely anyone can become flexible.
In these classes we will use a variety of techniques to have you reach your end-of-range flexibility goals, this includes splits, bridges, needle scales, forearm stands and chest stands just to name a few!
The class focus will alternate every week for four weeks between front splits, middle splits, backbends, and inversions.
Are you a beginner? Don’t worry, Beth will provide modifications for wherever you are in your flexibility journey.
These classes are open level, beginners all the way up to advanced.
